S.E.R.I.O.U.S.L.Y........!!???

Today was a beautiful day...albeit a COLD one.  We should have seen this coming....those dreaded PARKING ENFORCERS were out in FORCE today.  Megan even got a parking ticket and her 'time' was not even up yet!  As we were parking our car in the '3-hour block', we noticed a Parking Enforcer driving in his patrol cruiser.  Then, just as we were pulling into the parking space along comes this guy on a HORSE!!!  I guess the 'enforcer' is just plain serious about this parking 'thing' in the neighborhood of Olde Towne Alexandria!

 I think I have said before that we truly don't like the 2-hour each way commute we have coming to Alexandria, Va each day but we DO LOVE the scenery!  Here is another example of what we get to see each day.  And especially at dusk time.

Totally makes it worth the l-o-n-g drive.
