EXCITING TIME ARE HERE.....

THE 'GIRLS' were over visiting with Steven and Elinn on Sunday evening.  Emma (left) bought herself a new EUKELA with her own hard-earned money.  She was so excited!!  As she should be.  Because grandpa had played one of those as a young man, she brought hers over for a beginner lesson from 'THE' pro!!  She did great for her first lesson.

 Sunday (September 11th) was also AUNT EVA's  94th birthday......can't believe how well she is doing as such a young age.  Hope I do that well when I am her age!  

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNT EVA!

 FYI.....Aunt Eva was able to blow all of those candles out on the first try!!  As we pulled in the driveway from her home there was a beautiful SUNSET coming through the trees.  Nice.....very, very NICE!!

 Back to the KITCHEN UPDATE......this picture was taken the night before the demolition was begun....

 And bright and early on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH the demolition began.....  Randy showed up with one of his guys to 'tape and go'.....we'll see how long it takes to get a kitchen sink and everything else back in place.....

We did have the BAR lowered a little bit because we felt it was a smudge too high......More progress to come......
